As a trainer, I sometimes forget that most people aren’t obsessed with programming, physiology, or training science like I am. Most just want to look better, feel better, and enjoy their life more. For some, that means keeping up with their kids. For others, it means out-hustling “Joe Schmo” in weekend pick-up. What it doesn’t mean is micromanaging every detail of a fitness routine.
75 Hard is brutally simple. The hard part is staying consistent, and that’s exactly what most people struggle with. Not being perfect for a day or a week, but staying consistent for long enough to actually change.
